What To Know…
Minimum Guest Counts: There is a minimum guest count of 150 in the North Ballroom and 80 in the South Ballroom for all catered functions. For functions that don’t meet the minimum guest counts, a hall rental fee will apply.
Outside Catering/Non-Catered Events: If you plan on bringing in an outside caterer or don’t require catering for your event, please note the following:
- Outside caterer/non-catered events can be booked Sunday through Thursday. All events booked for Friday or Saturday must be catered by us.
- Hall Rental fees are $2,500.00 for the North Ballroom and $1,000.00 for the South Ballroom
- For all outside caterer/non-catered events, a per person fee of $3.00 for Unlimited Soft Drinks/Coffee/Tea will apply, as well as a fee of $25.00/hour (minimum 5-hour charge) for a server to dispense drinks.
- No linens are supplied for outside caterer/non-catered events. Linens can be rented through us.
Corkage Fees: $4.00 per bottle
Bartenders: $25.00 per hour (minimum of 5 hours per bartender – 1 bartender required for each 100 guests) (included in the All-Inclusive packages and with cash bars)
Unlimited Soft Drinks/Coffee/Tea: $3.00 per person (Included in the All-Inclusive, Buffet and Plated dinner packages and with cash bars)
Taxes and Fees: 13% HST and a 15% Service Charge will apply to all pricing.
Deposits: All deposits are non-refundable.
